1- Our delicious coconut carrot rocks recipe
Hmmm bites of coconut and carrots, a touch of innovation to slide in your menus! A recipe worthy of great chefs which you can enjoy as an appetizer or with your salad dish. Up to you to decide. One thing for certain: these small coconut-carrot rocks will leave your guest pleasantly surprised! Read in less than 5 minutes. It has never been this easy to add vegetables to your holiday dishes!
Your shopping list :
200g of coconut shavings
100g of grated carrots
75g of sugar or coconut sugar (less if you prefer)
4 egg whites
Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg or gingerbread spices to taste
1 pinch of salt
Step not to miss!
Step 1: Preheat the oven at 170°. In a bowl, mix the spices and the coconut.
Add the carrots, sugar, salt and egg whites.
Step 2: On an oven plate covered with baking paper, put about twenty teaspoons of spaced out dough. Shape them into balls.
Step 3: Put them in the oven and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes until they turn brown. Let them cool down before eating. Keep them in a metal box up to 5 days.

2 - A gourmet recipe sured to be crowned queen of the holiday meal!
At this time of year, we see Christmas wreaths appearing everywhere on people’s doors. Here is a way to innovate in this spirit: a wreath stuffed with spinach and mushrooms. Indeed, the Christmas wreath can also appear… on your plate! As a main dish with all the salads of your choice, as a side or a starter, it is a holiday day meal as beautiful as it is tasty!

250 g de ricotta
250 g of mushrooms or Bonduelle’s fresh or frozen mushrooms
300 g of fresh spinach,frozen or canned from Bonduelle
50 g of pistachios
50 g of cranberries.
400 g of short pastry
1 egg
Milk
1 onion
Salt, pepper
Step not to miss!
Step 1: Prepare the garnish. Chop 1 onion and 300g of fresh spinach – you can also use them canned or frozen.
Step 2:Thinly chop the button mushrooms. Sautee the onions and mushrooms in a pan. Add the spinach, salt, pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes. Drain if necessary.

Step 4: Mix the vegetables with 250g of ricotta, 50g of pistachios and 50g of cranberries.
Step 5: Spread 400g of short pastry. Cut it into 7 large squares. Display them in staggered rows on an oven plate.
Step 6: Garnish with the vegetables mix. Close by folding the paste’s tips towards the inside. Baste with one beaten egg yolk in a bit of milk.
Step 7: Cook at 180°C (th.6). Decorate with dill before serving, share!
3- Potatoes stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola

We prove you wrong with these delicious stuffed potatoes. Goodbye mashed potatoes and potato casserole, make room for our quick and easy recipe: potatoes stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola! A dish which will compliment your meat or fish dish perfectly. Because there are more than fries and mashed potatoes in life, indulge with one of our side dishes both 100% gourmet and balanced.
Your shopping list :
4 large mealy potatoes (Bintje, Manon, Agria)
120g of single cream
200g of gorgonzola or another blue cheese of your choice
30g of butter
200g of Bonduelle packaged baby spinach
Fine salt, ground pepper
Step not to miss!
Step 1: Preheat the oven at 200°C. Brush the potatoes. Spike the with a fork and place them on the oven plate. Put them in the oven for 1 hour until they are cooked.
Step 2: Cut them in halves lengthwise and remove the pulp with a spoon without harming the skin.
Step 3: Mash potato’s pulp with single cream, gorgonzola, salt and pepper.
Step 4: Melt the butter in a pan. Add the baby spinach, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 1 minutes until the leaves become soft. Drain them and chop them.
Step 5: Add the spinach in the mashed potatoes and mix. Garnish the potato shells with it. Put in the oven for 15 minutes until the top is brown.
Step 6: Serve with a salad of baby spinach.
For a twist, you can replace potatoes with squash!
