But a single product can never be a miracle, everything is about daily balance: these 4-vegetable boost is nonetheless quite welcome in the heart of winter.

Rich in polyphenols, pomegranates have protecting antioxidant benefits (its ORAC index is 3 037, higher than green tea). The “fruit of 400 grains” also has an interesting quantity of vitamin B6 and C. Another reason to sprinkle it in our fruit salads... but also veggie ones.
